Whenever you submit a box, it asks you for 2 links, 1 to the machine and 1 to the writeup. It's unclear if you can't just use one root folder containing both files required.

My suggestion is to perform some validation to check whether both links aren't the same. Think of the mechanism used by sign up pages that tell you when your passwords don't match.
