The validation of answers in labs should be less strict on formatting to avoid frustration with minor discrepancies.

Whenever you submit a box, it asks you for 2 links, 1 to the machine and 1 to the writeup. It's unclear if you can't just use one root folder containing both files required. My suggestion is to perform some validation to check whether both links aren't the same. Think of the mechanism used by sign up pages that tell you when your passwords don't match.

We have only two modules present for game Hacking. We would love to see more advanced techniques and attack vectors. This would be very great for folks out here.

Hello there HTB should offer more country-specific payment methods and in the local currency. Additionally, local payment methods should accept only credit and debit cards. For example, in India, the premium services and certificate costs should be shown in INR, and more payment methods should be allowed, such as UPI, which is widely used in the country.

The user's email address is currently visible in the main account dropdown menu. This creates a privacy concern, particularly when users need to screenshare the HTB platform during presentations, collaborations, or educational sessions. I'd say consider displaying only the username, initials, or a truncated version of the email in the dropdown menu, while keeping the full email accessible in account settings where it's expected. This would help protect user privacy without impacting functionality.
