I feel that text-based information helps develop a good reading habit, as security engineers, pentesters, and even SOC analysts need to read a lot of documentation. It's a great warm-up to learn and practice reading texts. However, I also think video content would be helpful in many areas of the job-role pathway modules. Some sections are poorly written and could be supplemented with a video, or the text-based content could be replaced by a video for those sections. Not the entire job-role path needs to be in video form, but specific sections could benefit from it.
